If you require service, please complete the Service Request Form and it will be sent to the Service Department. Your request will be forwarded to our Service Department. You will be contacted within the next 24 hours.

HP Large Format and Laserjet


IRG is an Authorized Service Provider for HP Large Format products, including Designjet printers and scanners and the Latex printer line. Repairs are conducted on-site at customer premises.

Jan 2022 Update: We are not servicing small format (including HP Laserjet and Officejet lines) at this time. You may wish to go to the manufacturer's website to find an Authorized Service Provider that can assist you further.

IRG is an Authorized Service Provider for Canon's entire line of large-format printers and MFP (printer/scanner) equipment. Repairs are conducted on-site at customer premises.
